65zz Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1.1 Minimum Age

The 65zz platform is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or use any feature of the 65zz platform. By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent to 65zz that you are aged 21 or above. 65zz reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds returned to the depositing method, and any winnings forfeited.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

65zz is operated for and directed at players in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you confirm that you are accessing it from Bangladesh and that no law or regulation in your jurisdiction prohibits you from participating in online gaming. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 65zz is lawful in your location. 65zz makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 65zz platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 65zz reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, freeze associated balances pending investigation, and permanently suspend access for the account holder concerned. Any bonuses or promotional credits obtained through duplicate accounts will be void and forfeited.

2.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 65zz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the minimum age requirement — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized the activity. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact 65zz support immediately. 65zz will never contact you to ask for your password.

2.3 KYC Verification

65zz may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal request, increasing deposit limits, or at any other time at 65zz's discretion. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Bangladesh national ID card or passport) and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 65zz may result in temporary suspension of your withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits made to your 65zz account are credited subject to the minimum deposit amount applicable to your selected payment method. Deposit processing times vary by payment method; bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are typically credited within seconds. 65zz does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name and verified through KYC. 65zz reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through your 65zz account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. 65zz aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), though processing may take longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required. Withdrawal requests may be declined where the account has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, or where a KYC review is pending.

3.3 Currency and Exchange

All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on the 65zz platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). 65zz does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits. All amounts displayed on the platform use Western Arabic numerals. 65zz is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when both are present in an account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of 65zz and may be subject to eligibility criteria including account verification status, deposit history, and player activity. 65zz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing bets that exploit bonus terms, or using bonuses in combination with strategies designed to guarantee profit — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. 65zz may cancel all bonuses, void related winnings, and suspend or close the account of any player found to be abusing promotions.

5.1 Fraudulent Activity

You must not use the 65zz platform for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to using stolen or unauthorized payment credentials, submitting falsified identity documents, engaging in money laundering, or colluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage. All suspicious transactions are monitored and may be reported to relevant financial and regulatory authorities.

5.2 Technical Manipulation

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the 65zz platform's software, RNG systems, or game logic. The use of bots, automated betting scripts, or any software designed to give an automated or unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through technical manipulation will be voided and the account permanently closed.

5.3 Abusive Behavior

You must treat 65zz support staff and, where applicable, other players with respect and courtesy at all times. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior directed at 65zz staff through any communication channel will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any remaining balance.
